Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with INSIGHTKARS LLC! We are committed to providing you with quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the return policy below.


1. Return Terms


- We offer returns within 14 days from the date you receive the item.


- To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.


- Returns must include all original tags and accessories (if applicable). If the item is gift wrapped or in a set, all items must be returned together.


- We are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the item is defective or damaged.


2. Return Process


If you are eligible for a return, please follow the steps below:


1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact Customer Service via email at [email protected] or by phone stating your order number and the item you wish to return.


2. Obtain Return Authorization: Once you contact Customer Service, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and return address. Please do not return the item directly, you must obtain authorization first.


3. Returning the item: You will receive a return address according to our instructions. Please package the item properly to ensure that the returned item will not be damaged during transportation.


4. Return costs: Unless the item is of quality problem or shipped incorrectly, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.


3. Refund Policy


- Once we receive and confirm that the returned item meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method.


- Please note that the returned item must meet the return conditions. Any returns that do not meet the conditions may not be refunded.


4. Exchange Policy


We currently do not offer direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange the item, you need to return the original item and place a new order for the new item.


5. Wrong order or damaged goods


- If the item you received is damaged, defective or does not match your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a return label and cover the return shipping costs.

- In the event of damaged merchandise, please retain the original packaging for further processing.


6. Non-returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return policy:


- Specially ordered or custom-made items.


- Items that are clearly marked as non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other reasons.
