1. Overview of Shipping Terms

3. Transportation Time
Transportation time refers to the time from the handing over of the goods to the carrier to the delivery of the goods to the consignee. The transportation time usually varies depending on the destination country and the mode of transportation.
For most EU regions, the standard transportation time is 20-40 working days.
For some remote areas or special circumstances, the transportation time may be extended. The specific transportation time will be provided through the carrier's tracking system at the time of shipment, and customers can check the transportation status at any time.
In certain emergency situations, customers may choose expedited shipping services, which can shorten the shipping time to 2-3 business days, but at an additional cost.
4. Shipping Responsibilities
The ownership and risk of the goods during transportation are transferred from the seller to the buyer, and the specific transfer time varies depending on the transportation contract and the mode of transportation.
Once the goods are handed over to the carrier and the shipping bill number is obtained, the transportation risk is borne by the buyer.
5. Shipping Delays
In special circumstances, such as weather, traffic problems, epidemics and other force majeure factors, we are not responsible for shipping delays, but we will do our best to assist customers to solve the problem and provide relevant information.
If the shipment is delayed due to the seller's reasons, the buyer has the right to request appropriate compensation or reschedule the shipment.
